  • How to ride and use an electric scooter? What needs to be paid attention to?
    1. Zero start: Press and hold the turnbuckle to accelerate. 2. Non-zero start: Coast at 3-5km/h, and press and hold the turnbuckle to accelerate. If you do not coast at a speed of 3-5km/h, the throttle will not be activated, while you can enter the parameter setting interface P09 to switch (see the after-sales customer service for the specific operation video).
  • What are the requirements of electric scooters for riders?
    The applicable age of the e-scooter is 16-55 years old, the applicable height is 120-180cm, the maximum load is 120kg, and the maximum climbing degree is 35º, please do not ride after drinking or taking drugs that may affect your judgment.
  • The max load is marked as 120kg. If my weight exceeds 120kg, can I ride this electric scooter?
    It is not completely impossible to use this product if you weigh more than 120kg. It's just that the heavier you are, the more gentle you need to be. Also, if you weigh more than 120kg, the scooter's ability to climb and cross obstacles will be reduced. So if you are tall and heavy, please ride carefully.
  • Can electric scooters be ridden on rainy days?
    Although the scooter has a partly waterproof design, for your safety, please avoid riding on rainy days.
  • How many riding modes are there for electric scooters?
    There are three riding modes, low-speed mode, normal mode, and high-speed mode. Low speed mode: The maximum speed is 20km/h, and the throttle output is stable. Normal mode: The maximum speed is 35km/h, and the throttle output is smooth, which is suitable for beginners to familiarize themselves with riding. High-speed mode: 55km/h at the highest speed, with greater throttle output.

  • How to use the cruise control function?
    If you keep driving at a constant speed for 10 seconds, it will automatically enter the cruise control function. Short pressing the accelerator or brake will cancel the endurance
  • How to report for repair when there is a problem with the electric scooter? What information do I need to provide for repairs?
    If there is a problem with the e-scooter, you need to provide a video or picture and a description of the fault, as well as the order tracking number and the body code (the body code can be viewed on the vehicle's stand-up bar). Our customer service will provide you a return label or you can send it back to Heng Zhihe Repair warehouse.(The warehouse does not support cash on delivery service).
  • How long is the warranty period for electric scooters and related parts?
    The warranty period for the body parts of Heng Zhihe electric scooters is one year, and the battery warranty is half a year (man-made damage is not covered by the warranty).
  • How many days can I refund or replace the purchase of this product?
    Answer: The scooter warranty policy is as follows: 1: Within 7 days from the date you signed for the product, if the product has any quality problems that are not caused by man-made damage, and if the product is tested and determined by the after-sales service centre of Heng Zhihe, you can enjoy free return or exchange services. 2: Within 8 days to 12 months from the date you sign for the product, if the product has any quality problems that are not caused by man-made damage, and the product is tested and determined by the after-sales service centre of Heng Zhihe, you can enjoy free replacement parts and free repair services (Note: the battery warranty is half a year). 3: The warranty period takes the date of customer's signature as the starting date, if the date of signature cannot be checked, the warranty will be carried out according to the date of the order number.

  • What is the tire pressure when pumping up air?
    G-Booster tire has a tire pressure of 210KPa (30PSI.), and the tire pressure is indicated on the tire.
  • Can the battery be disassembled by myself?
    It is not recommended to disassemble the battery privately, it may cause a short circuit after dismantling the battery pack; the internal circuit of the vehicle body will be exposed after the battery pack is removed. So please do not disassemble by yourself. If there is a problem with the vehicle body, you can contact Heng Zhihe after-sales customer service for consultation, or you can perform self-inspection and repair according to the professional maintenance video provided by the customer service.
  • What should I do if the scooter's button does not rebound?
    If the acceleration button does not rebound, check if the button is stuck, if it is stuck, you need to replace it.
  • How to solve the problem of unable to brake?
    Answer: 1)The left brake lever is responsible for the rear wheel braking, the right brake lever is responsible for the front wheel braking, find the corresponding tire that cannot be braked, and check whether the brake lever is stuck or does not rebound. If the brake lever is stuck since the brake is too tight, then the brake needs to be adjusted. Loosen it a little, if the brake lever does not rebound, then it needs to be tightened. (The brake adjustment video can be consulted by after-sales customer service). 2) If the customer is unable to brake for a long time, or if the brake lever is ruled out, the brake pads in the brake are worn out and the brake pads need to be replaced in time. (You can consult after-sales customer service to change the video)
  • How to solve the problem if the front light does not turn on?
    If the front light is not on, check whether the scooter is turned on. When the scooter is turned on, short press the light button to check whether the front light is on. If it does not light, check whether the headlight circuit is disconnected or replace the headlight assembly.
  • What is the problem that the scooter cannot be charged?
    1. First check whether there is a problem with the charger. Plug the charger into the power supply and disconnect it from the vehicle body. Observe whether the indicator light of the charger is on (normally it is green). If it does not, it means that there is a problem with the charger; you can also use a multi-meter to measure the charger voltage, if the voltage is not displayed, then the charger is malfunctioning. 2. Check whether the charging port is loose or falling off. Disconnect the charger connected to the power supply and plug it into the vehicle body. If the charger indicator shows green, then the green light is in normal path. If it does not light up, you need to check the charging interface circuit or replace the charging interface. 3. If you troubleshoot the charging interface and charger, then you need to check whether the battery is faulty. You can use a multi-meter to measure. If the battery is faulty, the battery needs to be replaced.
  • How to solve the problem if the dashboard does not light up?
    If the instrument panel is not bright, it may be that the end of the assembly line is not connected properly. Let the customer check whether the assembly line is properly connected; there may be a problem with the instrument panel itself and the instrument panel needs to be replaced. If the replacement of the instrument panel cannot be solved, please contact customer service for repair.
  • Why is there no response when I press the throttle to the end?
    If the scooter body does not respond when the throttle is pressed to the end, it may be that a non-zero start is set. When the vehicle is turned on, the taxi speed can reach 5km/h; if there is no response when taxiing, it means that the dial or the controller is faulty. It is necessary to replace the accelerating finger dial or controller, the priority is to replace the finger dial.
  • What is the problem that the tail light does not turn on?
    If the tail light is not on, first check whether the tail light cable is connected properly. If the connection has no problem, it means that there is a problem with the controller or the tail light itself. You need to replace the controller or the tail light, and replace the tail light first.
  • What should I do if the battery life is short?
    : About 500 charging cycles may cause the battery capacity to decrease. The battery life is also closely related to road conditions and weather; in winter, due to the cold weather, the charging and discharging function of the lithium battery will be weakened and the battery life will be shortened.
  • How to judge the fault code?
    When the number on the display screen is flashing and beeps, the scooter has an ERRO failure, and the corresponding number represents the corresponding failure content.
  • The instrument displays the ERRO 1 alarm code with pressing the throttle but the motor does not output. What is the error and how to solve this error?
    Answer: 1) ERRO 1 reports an error, the motor is faulty, and the motor circuit is not properly plugged in. Check that the motor is connected to the controller circuit terminal, re-plug the circuit terminal, and restart. 2) If it can't be solved, unplug the motor circuit terminal, and if the motor can rotate normally, the controller is faulty. The controller needs to be replaced. If it can't rotate, the motor needs to be replaced.
